Retention periods

We retain your data for as long as you are a customer. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. When you do so, we also consider this a request for erasure. Due to applicable administrative obligations (including the fiscal retention obligation of 7 years), we are required to retain invoices containing your personal data for the legally prescribed period. However, after your request, employees will no longer have access to your customer profile.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation, you have certain rights as a data subject regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them.

Age restrictions

Our website and services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have consent from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.
